How It Started

My name is Pedro Armond. I founded Flamingo in 2020 after organizing an unplanned but highly successful celebration for a close friend. Already a veteran in the events industry, I saw a massive gap in the market. International groups wanted the wild, unmatched energy of Brazil but required a world-class standard of service, privacy, and execution that simply did not exist here. We built Flamingo to be the sole answer to that demand.

The ultimate proof of our operational scale came during the 2026 Rio Carnival, when we successfully ran five simultaneous ultra-premium parties across the city. Our reach extends beyond the Americas.
