Meet the Flamingo Team

Flamingo was founded in 2020 by Pedro Armond, who leads strategy and vision for the company. Behind every trip is a specialized core team of ten professionals who turn that vision into flawless execution on the ground

Running our day-to-day operations is our Operations Director, Camila. She is the backbone of our execution, making sure every detail, from planning to final delivery, runs flawlessly.

On the front lines of our Client Experience and Concierge services, we have an exceptional trio: Marina, Beatriz, and Natália. They work directly with our clients, anticipating their needs and ensuring that every single experience we deliver is nothing short of perfect.

To drive our growth and market presence, Sofia leads our Marketing strategies, working closely with Matheus, who handles our Sales and Client Relations. Together, they make sure the Flamingo brand reaches the right audience.

Behind the scenes, ensuring that all our logistics, properties, and vendor partnerships are perfectly aligned, we rely on Caio and Fernanda. They handle the complex coordination so our clients never have to worry about a thing.

And finally, keeping our entire business structured, healthy, and organized, Thiago heads our Financial and Administrative department.
