Do you exclusively host bachelor and bachelorette parties? 

While we are South America's premier pre wedding concierge, our absolute standard of luxury extends to other exclusive celebrations. We frequently curate milestone birthday parties, high level family vacations, and private group getaways. The exact same infrastructure of elite mansions, private chefs, and seamless bilingual logistics is applied to guarantee an unforgettable and perfectly executed trip for any demanding group. 

What is included in the Flamingo Signature Experience? 

It is the ultimate turnkey solution for the best man. It encompasses a private luxury mansion takeover, a full yacht charter, and executive transfers. On the service side, it includes our elite culinary team (Private Chef for BBQ and recovery breakfasts), a premium open bar with a dedicated mixologist, 24/7 concierge service, and daily housekeeping. Is Brazil safe for a high-end bachelor party?

Do you assist with international travel? 

We specialize in on-the-ground VIP execution. While we do not book international flights from hubs like Miami, London, or NYC, the second you land, we take over. We handle all airport greetings, luxury transfers, and regional flights within Brazil to ensure your transition is seamless.

Which destinations do you cover? 

We operate in South America's most elite spots. In Brazil, this includes Rio de Janeiro, Florianópolis, Búzios, Balneário Camboriú, and Trancoso. We also offer the historic elegance of Cartagena, Colombia. Our local fixers are on-site in each region to ensure total exclusivity.

What is your privacy policy regarding the villa? 

Privacy is a pillar of our service. Your celebration is protected by a confidentiality contract. We have a zero-judgment policy and only document or share moments if explicitly authorized by your group. What happens in the villa, stays in the villa. 

Do I need to speak Portuguese? 

Not at all. Your dedicated Flamingo Concierge is 100% fluent in English and serves as your group's primary "fixer." We bridge the gap, managing all communication with local staff, security, and vendors. You simply relax; we execute.

How far in advance should we book? 

Because our elite mansions and private yachts are in high demand, we recommend booking 4 to 6 months in advance. For peak dates like Rio Carnival or New Year’s Eve, planning 9 to 12 months ahead is essential to guarantee your crew a cliffside fortress.
