Flamingo started in Rio. Not because Rio was the obvious choice, but because Rio demands a level of execution that either breaks you or makes you very good very fast.

We got very good.

What began as mastering the VVIP experience in Rio expanded because the demand expanded. Groups kept asking about Búzios. About Florianópolis. About São Paulo. About what else Brazil had that nobody was talking about yet. We followed the question and built the infrastructure to answer it properly in every destination we entered.

Today Flamingo operates across Brazil's top destinations with a team that has spent years building the relationships, the local knowledge, and the operational standards that make the difference between a trip that goes well and one that becomes a reference point for every trip that comes after.

A Note on Privacy

A significant part of what we do involves clients who require complete discretion. Corporate groups, executives, high-profile individuals. Many of our most distinguished partnerships are governed by NDAs that prevent us from naming names or sharing details publicly.
